Aracely Avalos is the professional behind Avalos Legal. With a structured methodology, she offers close and rigorous support in the Swiss legal system.
Her career began in 2020 with internships in the consular field (civil registry, notary). This sparked her vocation for immigration law and supporting the international community. Between 2021 and 2022, she continued her training at a law firm in Basel-Country, gaining experience in immigration, family, and labor law.
In October 2025, she took the step towards independent practice in Zurich. Her specialization covers labor law (dismissals, claims), immigration (permits, family reunification), and international inheritance between Switzerland and Spain.
Native Spanish speaker and fluent in German and English. She holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree (LL.M.) from the Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid (access to the legal profession in 2022). In August 2026, she will start the CAS in Labor Law at ZHAW.
