About Aracely Avalos
Aracely Avalos is a lawyer holding a Law degree and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid. She has been admitted to the Madrid Bar Association since 2022 (ICAM No. 137.536). She advises clients in Spanish, her native language, and in German.
Her career began in 2020 with a legal internship in the consular field, focusing on civil registry and notarial matters. There, her vocation for immigration law and supporting the Spanish-speaking community was born. Between 2021 and 2022, she continued her training at a law firm in Basel-Landschaft, where she worked in immigration, family, and labor law.
In October 2025, she took the step into independent practice in Zurich. Since June 2026, she has been registered on the public list of EU/EFTA lawyers of the Canton of Zurich (Art. 28 BGFA), and in August 2026 she began the CAS in Labor Law at the ZHAW.
Her commitment to the Spanish-speaking community in Switzerland extends beyond her professional practice: she volunteers providing legal advice at a support organization for this community.
